25 years after ‘shaken baby’ conviction, Baltimore County man once again tries to prove his innocence
Clarence Jones was wrongfully convicted in the 1998 death of his infant son. CIFS worked with the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project to join an amicus brief showing that the science in this case showed his son actually suffered from underlying medical problems, not abuse. Clarence was later granted a writ of actual innocence. Follow his story as he fights for compensation for the 18 years he spent wrongfully convicted.
